How do you keep my information safe?

We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information when it is in our system. 

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. How do we store your information?

We store your data on protected servers of our cloud service providers, including our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.  We delete or block your personal data as soon as the reason for storing it no longer applies.  The data may remain stored beyond this period if required for legal compliance purposes applicable to OneSource.  For example, we may need to retain documentation of our obligations and contractual commitments for legal document retention purposes.  In such circumstances, we delete or block your personal data once the requirements cease to apply.
