We are looking for a full-time Provider Customer Service Representative/Utility Research Coordinator. This position is critical to the back-office support of the company and ties up all loose ends and processes the orders for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Full-time Monday - Friday, daytime hours
- Support the sales team in confirming utility providers in service territory and/or region
- Conference calls to make those connections when needed
- Consolidate all data and input into CRM database
- Extensive data entry, multi-tasking, and troubleshooting
- Customer follow-up as needed to ensure stellar customer care
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft platforms
- Relationship building/ self-motivated
- Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline focused and detail-oriented
- Thrives in a small team environment
Compensation
$13 hourly
