Product Specialist (PS):
The PS is a hybrid position that combines true customer service with sales. In this role, you will always put our client’s first by actively listening to their needs, and understanding their circumstance to provide them with a full circle solution. If you are someone who moves towards challenges, holds yourself accountable, and consistently strives to surpass your sales goals month over month – this position was specifically designed for you. The role requires high energy, a strong positive outlook, and the ability to execute multiple tasks at once. Account Territory sales representative:
The territory sales representative position is a professional position that requires developing relationships and maintaining an on-going relationship with real estate agents, home inspectors, title companies and anyone else that works with the customers in the home buying compacity. The territory sales position requires lead generating through the affiliates you bring on to our organization. The territory rep will reach out to different affiliates by phone and some light travel. The position requires heavy phone work and basic computer skills.
The Appointment Setter is a professional position that requires developing a positive relationship with clients while ensure great customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this role, you will be required to schedule appointments for the Product Information Specialist via the telephone. You must be able to comprehend and present company services to potential clients via the phone. Must be highly motivated and possess strong communication and listening skills to secure appointments through prequalifying that result in new business.
A Utilities Coordinator at OneSource Solutions has the ability to offer outstanding customer service to each client who uses our service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer’s orders and upholding the relationship with our clients from the time of their orders being taken until all of their services and installations have been completed. To be successful in this role you must possess a friendly attitude at all times, must be able to multi task, maintain your own organization and keep up with a fast-paced environment while continuously providing quality work. You must be a self-motivator, a quick problem solver and have excellent communication skills.
Our utility research team identifies the various utility service providers for homebuyers within the United States. The team will also develop relationships with the various service providers and coordinate ways that OneSource can make connections for our customers. The Research position requires creative and strategic thinking, organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication with team mates and customers. This position can be fast paced, and like the other positions, requires you to be able to multi-task.
